DYDROTWIST™ 30 SR contains Dydrogesterone 30 mg in a sustained-release tablet. Dydrogesterone is a synthetic progestogen with activity similar to naturally occurring progesterone, which is involved in menstrual cycle regulation, reproductive function and endometrial preparation. The sustained-release formulation gradually releases the active ingredient over an extended period rather than providing immediate release.
